What's On The Drawing Board? . . . What Else Should Be?

We have a number of new models that are currently on the drawing board. Many are just at the drawing stage and quite a few are already into production at this point.

Among these are many mil overruns and prototypes along with knives and swords that have drawn their inspiration from a number of different sources.

This is meant to be an open discussion and nothing in this thread is meant to be a riddle, so please do not allow this thread to roll down that slippery slope!!!

Our design team is diverse and mostly drunk at all times, so there may be some models that are different than anything else you have seen in the past.

For example, we are in the final drawing stage for a Viking Heritage Sword that I think is killer cool and quite awesome! I'll post some drawings soon.

Of course, production and manufacturing difficulties abound and some of the models you'll see in this thread might be either eliminated or changed due to these unforeseen difficulties.

As usual, we have been exceptionally busy with military models and prototypes.

So, tell me what you would like to see coming out of our shop.

Please do not post drawings!

Just throw out some descriptions and model types and we'll see if anything sticks.

Let's Drink!

An AEB-L chopper (with Regulator handle). I really want to see how tough it is.

A new Bolo BB11 (Reg handle)

A new War Boar design

Also, there was a prototype from the Yard that people got in grab bags. A 6" inch Warncliffe with basic handle. If there was a 4" bladed EDC version I would buy tons. An Wharnie with an aggressive point is my Ultimate EDC.

Finally, more Res-C color choices. I , of course, don't have access to production cost, price to performance percentages., but more color choices will force me to purchase more.

Thanks Jerry

Also, I'm always down for a Kukri 😉🍺🍺🍺

I have a few I’d love to see made by Busse

1. A Kopis with a Busse flair would be amazing, something along the lines of a sized up Killa Zilla/ Huck Finn with an exaggerated double bird beak grip

2. A Mean Street sized dagger, single or double edge sharpened, think FMV-4

3. A 18” Tomahawk, INFI, thick stock, but thin width. Fast, long hawk

4. Bearded axe,

5. Full size ginunting

Too many ideas, brain sharting out….

I like these ideas! Seems like it's been a while since we had a Busse / kin tomahawk or axe.

The Viking Sword sounds great.

My personal favorite blades shapes and handles have been the original E-series. I know there is lots of the "heritage" of those embedded in the current lineup but I also would love to see a "back to basics (no pun intended)" revisit of those simple straightforward blades.

A Viking warship and HG55 rerelease would be awesome. As would any military overruns. With Christmas in July coming up soon, you could do a military overruns version. And a Katana would be amazing, as would the Viking sword.

I always liked the silhouette of the dtbm blade. I'd like to see it stretched out to alpha length, like 11-12", fhfg INFI, with a guard like the battle pappy.

I'm a little shocked that there hasn't been a release of a 4" AEB-L Mud Puppy 🤔

With the release of the RAD , I figured a Mud Puppy would have followed 👍
🤘🍺🤘

I’m mostly excited for the Folder and the Push Knife that are in the works.

I’ll second the call for some smaller EDC blades. I know Busse is all about the BIG blades, but I like my small knives to be as solid as the big ones.

I would also LOVE to see a return of the Holy Terror. Whether a variant, or in its original glory.

I know I said it a while ago about getting a seax of some kind and you delivered a legendary limited run on the Warship, but I would love if we can get a bigger run on those, or another seax type. They were amazing and when they came out in 2020, amid the COVID constraints, I know there were a fair amount of us feeling financial crunches in not being able score those.
