What's that you're eating?

Saw these at my local market and bought them on impulse to make some Chinese dim sum style chicken feet.

Like a lot of stuff I eat, it's an acquired taste. LOL!!! ;)

PS: I think the amount I paid for these chicken feet is outrageous. They poultry markets in SF Chinatown use to GIVE this things way for free. 🤷‍♂️
