Dim sum for "brunch" this weekend:
1) Sticky rice w/mixed meat steamed in lotus leaf ("lo mai gai"):
2) Steamed bbq pork buns ("cha siu bow") and 2 orders of steamed shrimp dumplings ("ha gow"):
3) Steamed pork spare ribs ("pai gwat"):
4) Fried/braised chicken feet ("foong jow"):
5) Custard tarts ("don tot"):
It was all delicious!
