Got that Military off Boru13 a many moons ago. Think he got it from the owner of BF/Spark. Though I recently upgraded to a Military 2 the OG seems to find its way in my pocket more often. Its a cutter.

Reduce the fire and let them slow fry. They need an internal temp of 165°F. Pulled off when their in the 155° range. Let sit for 5 minutes,

Cooking steak at the table on a hot stone tonight. It is actually a 2” thick piece of granite sold as a machinist surface block, but it works well for cooking too.

Roasted broccoli and a whipped cauliflower for sides.

Yesterday was the oldest daughter’s birthday 37 and a week past her giving birth to my 3rd grandson. So the house was a little hectic and only got a picture of the grill as kids where waiting as for it. A couple of T bone and the rest are ribeye and sirloin.

The wife made blueberry loaf for desert this evening. Frozen blueberries. She topped one with walnuts and brown sugar for me.




One hour at 350F. Surprised at how moist/fluffy the texture turned out. Feeling super spoiled.
