My grandmas basic recipe, only a bit of salt and pepper.

A bit of (real) beef marrow broth and bacon grease. Vegetables for taste and flavor according to your spicy/bland wants, taste, and desire.

Simmers nearly all day in cast iron pot.

Served alone, or over rice or noodles.

Super simple, old world, and delicious👍

For me, the same but with a breaded pork chop instead. Like a milanese, but appropriately thick for a Texan.
