Cooked it on the smoker at 235. Cherry wood chips for smoke. About 4 hours.

Turned out great! Nice smoke and very juicy. It has been a few years since I last cooked one, but I think this might get added back to the regular rotation.

Ha ha! My sister in law thinks we eat steak too often and gets annoyed when we keep texting her pictures. For added annoyance I try to get the dog in the same spot to make it as similar as possible every time.
