What's that you're eating?

White Tail Backstraps yesterday night. Really nice, super lean and hard to tell it was game.

Sesame and wasabi crusted Ahi Tuna steaks, 2/3# each. Costco FTW!!! 😍

Rice, green beans, and a big glass of unfiltered sake too (ignore the non-traditional sake glass, I’m a heathen lol). Some teriyaki for dipping.

Just perfect!!! 🤤

Essentially an early Valentine’s Day dinner. Fresh cut today, I’m not leaving it in the fridge for 2 days! 😬

I agree this is impressive! Share your sheet pan pizza technique / recipe, please?
Thanks. Pretty simple, just store-bought dough. Depending on the oven, 425-450 for 15-ish minutes in the pan, then take out of the pan and put directly on the rack for another 3-5min. That one was for 4 people, so we each had a zone with our desired toppings.

Thanks! Love the sheet pan approach. And the zone choices look great.

Bit of a spread for Lupercalia: risotto with rosemary-mushroom broth, roasted tomatoes, and two types of crab cakes (Maryland and Creole). I also roasted part of a tri-tip for the kids and/or easy leftovers.

I also had some homemade remoulade for the cakes, made with Greek yogurt because I cannot abide mayonnaise.

Strawberries and homemade ganache for dessert, I'll have to add photos later.
