Sorry, no pics, but I ate a whole pound of bacon (after baking it in the oven) this morning but it looked like this before I cooked it

I also had 3 scrambled eggs and an English muffin w/butter and cherry jam. I made the jam.

Except for eating ALL of the bacon, I usually only have 3-4 pieces, it was a pretty typical breakfast for me, when I cook it, which really isn't all that often but it was raining and I had nothing better to do this morning. ;)

Sautéed chicken, beef, shrimp, peppers, onions, tomatoes and grilled linguica with Mexican tomato sauce, served with rice and corn tortillas

Nantucket Scallop Sandwich
Lightly fried sea scallops, hickory smoked bacon and Monterey Jack cheese baked in a baguette with house made tarter sauce, plus truffle fries.

The last of some spaghetti and (sausage) meatballs that I made and ate over the past 2 days.

Roll 1# of sausage into balls (makes about 16/1oz each) and pan fry them in advance to just slightly underdone. Make some plain pasta sauce w/a 28 oz can of whole tomatoes, cored and hand crushed w/some tomato paste, Italian seasoning and some extra basil and oregeno.

For each serving, add 4 meatballs to the pasta sauce and cook a 2 oz of dry spaghetti to "al dente" in a separate pot and add to the pasta to finish. When ready, plate the spaghetti & meatballs, top w/parmesean, chopped Italian parsely and a drizzle of EVOO.
