What's the BEST Folder You Have...and YOUR FAVORITE?

My best all around is my Salsa. It is comfortable and sharp as all get out but something is doesn't make me put it in my pocket.

It is always my Delica that comes along.

Best: Scott Cook Lochsa, dont know how it would get any better then this knife

Favorite: Ohta Stag slipjoint, just something about a slipjoint that brings me back to
simpler times

My best folder is one of these Buck Custom Shop goodies, the choice being dependent on the time of day, phase of the moon, etc:

My favorite is whatever is in my pocket at the time (I am fickle!) - it can range from a Kershaw Scallion/Buck Prince to a Spydie Native/Kershaw Leek to a Buck 110 or 419 Folding Kalinga Pro.

Stainz

Until my large micarta Sebbie 21 arrives, the three main folders that I have are a Buck 110, a Spyderco Delica, and the new arrival which is now my EDC, a Ken Coats swayback. It fits in my Levi's watch pocket and just looks so good that I'll carry it everywhere.

Although I got this one for $25 brand new and on sale, it has, in many ways, been one of my best. It has a nice sharp blade, a titanium frame and a positive lock up. No...it's not a Sebenza. It's the old standby "poor man's" Sebbie, the CRKT S-2. Who says the best knife one owns has to cost the most? The best two knives I have are the S-2 and a Buck 110. Both fairly pedestrian and neither over a hundred bucks!

The Buck's blade is finely finished and titanium plated.

It's not my best, but it remains one of my favorites, the
Byrd Cara Cara.

mine would have to be a crkt m21 04 that i been carring for god knows how long and all my other expensive ones want to come out and play from the safe but dont:)

Aluminium handled Cold Steel AK47. It takes a hair poppin edge, the lock (it's a copy of the Axis :)) is comforting and the handle is not going to fail in my lifetime.

Although I had to smoothen out the lock-hole and exchange the little torx screws to a longer screw, it is now my goto knife whenever I need to viciously cut something :)

PS: My 'thumb-stud-thingy' broke off but I ground a 'wave' opener into it and it works as good as before as well as not having the studs in the way during cutting/sharpening :)

FAVORITE = MY BENCHMADE RUKUS PARTIALLY SERRATED IN DLC COATING AND MY 710D2!!!

My fav is my S30V Military.
My best would probably be my D2 Para Military.

For now.

I'd say my best is a tossup between the Benchmade 14205 and the 710BKD2. My favorite EDC is my 940.

My best. . . But I have over 50 knives I think.

Best:

ZT 0300 (I have two)
ZT 0302
ZT 0200
Benchmade Skirmish 630

Next best in no order:

Kershaw Boa (I have two. One of Ken Onion's favorite designs. A super nice mid-priced knife and still S30V to boot)
Kershaw Spec Bump
Uzi Defender Autos (I have two)

Favorites (sort of in order):

I carry the ZT 0302 almost 90% of the time so the ZT 0300 series is my favorite knife right now and I can't see how that will ever change. I feel it's the best production knife available today and not just for the money . . .
Benchmade Skirmish 630 although I confess it's a safe queen
ZT 0200
Kershaw Cyclone (I have two)
Benchmade Nitrous Stryker D2 (a great everyday carry for weight and function and a knife not to worry about abusing. I only paid $80 for it. It's a great summer clothes carry knife for it's light weight)
Boker Kalashnikov Autos (I have 8 of these knives in various colors with one Tanto)
