That’s a replica of the knife below - the LF&C trench knife. It’s my most precious knife, but not my strangest. Strangest is probably the other one pictured - called a “Trinchete”from Mallorca in Spain, and used primarily to cut rolls and round pastries in-hand.View attachment 2482015
This is some kind of hand-to-hand combat knife replica that my grandfather bought at a flea market, maybe 40 years ago.

Always wanted one ...but too $$$$ and rare , now . Cool fighting folder design .REKAT pocket hobbit has got to be up there it’s oddly proportioned, has a locking system unique to REKAT but never really caught on, and wasn’t made in huge volume View attachment 2481292
Just to clarify - there were two manufacturers of the same model, mine is LF&C. I think it was designated the Mark 1 Fighting Knife and/or M1918 by the US Govt…Thank you very much for the information.

I really wish I had been in the game when the Buck Marksman was still around!Again, the Buck Marksman may not be strange, but the G&G Hawk Strong Lock System is unique. It is the fastest and most reliable opening and closing mechanism, with and without gloves, of any I’ve tried yet.

They pop up now and then. I just got the orange one on a trade last week. I’m not giving up hope that Buck will bring them back, even only if as a limited stealth run or a Buck of the Month.I really wish I had been in the game when the Buck Marksman was still around!
