What's the worst thing you've done to a knife?

Soon after finding out my Esee Zancudo was made in Taiwan, I didn't care what I used it for
prying, scraping, hitting pans etc. :barf:

Believe it or not, Taiwan has extremely good steel crafters...just as China does...its really a matter of quality control of the company, sadly, Gerber has lapsed hence their terrible current stance.

The worst thing I ever did to a knife was let it get dull.

Hi Rappy. I don't know anything about the Zancudo, but have a look at the Spyderco knives that come out of their Taiwan factory. Near custom level quality. I'm not saying that there isn't some junk coming out of Taiwan but there are some very high level knives being created there too. :)

Worst thing I ever did to a knife, was a few years back, i stabbed the poor innocent blade into my ex-wife's cold, black, wicked chest cavity; where a normal person's heart would be....

Oh wait, I never actually did that, only thought about it once or twice... Carry on ;)

I used a rock to baton with my Mora robust.

It went well.

I hammered two Mora companions into a tree and used them to lift myself and other heavy objects further cementing my belief that if I only had one knife it would be a Mora companion
