Another thing wrong with the new 110s is that when you close the knife it damages a portion of the blade by hitting the piece of metal in between the bottom bolsters. You have to close it gently to avoid damaging the blade.

I only have two 110's, one from 2013 and one from 1975. Neither one has a problem with the kick being too low.

In all my 110's I've not had one with the maladies that Woodcamo describes. Not to say it can't happen but if one of mine did, I'd send it in to Buck. DM
I'm sending it in next month ASAP.....I've been too busy with other stuff ever since my 110's lock pin failed, so I just threw it in a drawer.
Wish I'd never sold my nylon 66... Best 22 rifle ever made. Lol
