Whats your best Slicer?

OK, I'd like to revise my own answer here.....Previously my best slicer was my Caly3 in ZDP but today my Fallkniven U2 arrived. Well, I'm usually very careful around my blades but I sliced my fingers twice in the space of an hour. I am truly impressed. The U2 will out-cut anything I have had previously hands down despite its 2.5" blade. Highly recommended!

My best slicer is hands down my Douk Douk. Very thin blade profile and sharp as the proverbial razor.

I have several of my own handmade knives that are nice slicers, but the one that sparked my interest in knifemaking is my old Schrade Deerslayer- that one is a wicked slitter/slicer.
