What's your camp knife?

This weekend I'm going on a Cub Scouts excursion with my son, which is a pretty structured and low-risk activity compared to most camping. Nevertheless, for this camping excursion my knife will be a SpydieChef, supplemented by a SwissTool RS.

I've got this one I'm gonna give a go this summer.
Casstrom #10 Swedish Forest Knife in Sandvik 14C28N.

Your in for a treat. You can get an amazing edge on 14C28N. My favorite budget steel.
Nice looking knife, btw.

For food prep, a SAK has always got the job done. For wood prep such as splitting larger pieces into smaller ones, I use a special wood chopping tool called an "axe" and for cutting lengths of wood, I use a special tool called a "saw".
Back to the basics. I like that. Using a Vic Pioneer as a paring knife just seems fitting in my mind.
