My favorite is just that - everyday, however there are numerous other great knives I'm privileged to own, with the OP's indulgence I'll will add a few more (to follow your lead). How about the finest fillet knife out there, the late 60's, early 70's versions of the Buck 121 Fisherman? OH

I have an old 165OT and like the blade profile but think it was made too thick for easy use in skinning and butchering. I find the very similar 160OT to be more to my liking for a hunting knife. OH

Great stuff, Makael, every one a GEM! Bruce, that 160OT is a pretty rare one, and looks like a friendlier size than the 165.

This little one came in a few days ago and I love it. So well made.
Made in the mid '70s in Japan with a 3.6" AUS 8 blade and paper Micarta handle.

Bruce, that 160OT is a pretty rare one, and looks like a friendlier size than the 165.

Jeff, thanks for that information, didn’t know it was rarer than the 165OT, it is a comfortable knife to clean game with. I have noticed that the blade is very similar to the Uncle Henry 153UH fixed blade but with the Old Timer style slab handles. OH

My new favorite traditional fixed blade. I carried this one today. Chopped off and stripped a walking stick and sliced a few onions and jalapeños to go with grilled sausages for lunch.

This was given to me by my buddy Dopic1 . Dearly love it already.
