My favorite is just that - everyday, however there are numerous other great knives I'm privileged to own, with the OP's indulgence I'll will add a few more (to follow your lead). How about the finest fillet knife out there, the late 60's, early 70's versions of the Buck 121 Fisherman? OHThat hasn't stopped me.
Or you might be fickle and have different favorites different days.

Jeff, thanks for that information, didn’t know it was rarer than the 165OT, it is a comfortable knife to clean game with. I have noticed that the blade is very similar to the Uncle Henry 153UH fixed blade but with the Old Timer style slab handles. OHBruce, that 160OT is a pretty rare one, and looks like a friendlier size than the 165.
Is that wood laminated to jade G10?! That looks awesome.
