Whats your grail Knife?

Well, I'm new to the bug so the Kershaw Skyline is my current achievable grail but a Laconico flipper is my ultimate grail. I'm sure things will change over time, but his knives are pure class. I'd love to just touch one :D

I picked mine up in a trade a couple months ago. Even got the exact custom handles I wanted luckily for me. Doug Ritter MiniGrip with Cuscadi Orange G-10 scales and glow in the dark backspac

My Large Micarta Insingo Sebenza is definitely one of my all-time grails. I also feel like the Kershaw Tilt is pretty grail-ish. But for knives I don't have currently, knives that are fairly attainable and that I'm trying to decide between currently, there's the Les George VECP and the Shirogorov Hati. They both seem like grails to me right now.

funny you should ask, i just picked up one, the bm 705 plain edge satin finish p

One of mine is this Bob Dozier folder. It is an XL folding hunter with a 5" handle and 4" blade. Handle material is a recreation of the Westinghouse Gold Micarta used by some custom makers while it was available. Take a look at how thick those liners are!! I think the blade thickness is probably somewhere between .150" to .160", so the liners are really thick.

Nice sheath also as it is lined inside with some soft black leather to prevent scratches.

That's a beautiful Dozier! I've heard the man also makes some of the best leather sheaths you can buy. Congratulations on that score.

fair enough, but how much something cots isn't it's value, just sayin'.

Like I said, nothing wrong with it. Just surprised.

I guess to me it is like being told you could have ANY car in the world and you end up going for a Yugo.

Again, nothing wrong with it just weird to me.

it is interesting. I think there's a mix of what knife you want to use\own\stare at going on though, rather then imagination.

:)

I don't really have one specific grail knife. But what I've always dreamed of is owning one of each iteration of the Benchmade AFCK, going back to the very original.
This guy is well on his way...

It would be hard for me to pick just one.

For a production knife I would say the ZT0888.

For custom I would say:

Alan Davis custom left-handed flipper I ordered (cannot wait!!!)
left-handed Hoback A15 with LSCF and Ti bolsters
Sniper Bladeworks POC
