I held off posting, just on the off chance there may have been a 3pm sale yesterday.

There are a couple others I’ve been tempted with too…..dang Enablers that you all are

So, unless I go and drop the hammer on one, I’m still perfectly content to end the year with this DEK1 in the MC ( EMCEE ) flavor.

I've been trying to hold off on any purchases since my visit up to Mooresville in mid-November. I've also got a balance coming due ($$) sometime in the next few upcoming months for my Shiv pre-order.

However, I did receive this St. Nicks sprint run Manix 2 Lightweight earlier this week and I also picked up some new pants (PirtleMade) for my CPK Behemoth Chopper!

The FRN scales/handle in my photo do appear to be somewhat off as compared to looking at them live in-hand. I might have to make another photo attempt and edit it back in.

Went a little nuts this month... Got the Terävä Skrama 200 (love it)... got a Becker BK3 Tac Tool (and added Micarta scales that I dyed black) - love that too, it's such a little beast that just smashes - nice to have something that I don't have to baby and does whatever... and then found a Chris Reeve Shadow IV (traded a guitar for it... that CRK is a high quality version of the knife any First Blood/Rambo kid dreams of... but isn't a cheesy swap-meet piece of junk. Happy with all of these.

That's good to hear... I didn't know much about A2 steel until I researched right before getting this... seems awesome though... I'm pretty sure I'll hold it and use it more than the Fender Tele I traded for it!

I used a CRK Project 1 as my feral hog killing knife while living in Texas. Those 1 piece knives are beautifully made and the steel held up very well, while easy to keep sharp. Enjoy your knives!

this is the last knife of the year and I received it a couple of weeks ago (it needs new hardware). Next year will be a sparse year as I plan on other type of metal for next year.
