thanks again - you help is appreciated - i posted it on forum that you suggested - i learned more about it from you today than i could find myself in over 50 years - thanks again -
 
I failed to mention another knife - from the same source as the 060 Hoodlum. I also got a new production 113, although I just saw the box - my wife quickly wrapped it for Christmas, too. The long package under the tree is either an 060 - or a fishing rod! I'll post pix after Christmas. I am still looking for a 124, too...

I haven't posted a picture in a good while. The cranberry 110 is the last Buck I've purchased. The Cherry was several knives ago but I wanted to contrast these two red laminates from Buck.

The top knife is cherry. The bottom is the same scale as you'll find on a Cabela's AG110 but in NS bolsters.
 
You guys disappoint me. Not one comment on that beautiful NS, rosewood, DM 110. Its not a common knife...I thought you guys would enjoy seeing it.:neglected:
 
Actually, Both knives are stunning! Thanx for posting them. I find both patterns of Damascus to be mesmerizing :D
 
Vantage Pro I'm liking it a lot so far seems like a great value as well as a great knife.

It's been a while, how have you been? You need to visit us here on the Buck section of the BF more often!

Now the DM blade on your cranberry knife is to die for;). The cherry is sweet also...where did you find those?

Hey there Buck brother!! Yea I've been away playing with my gun obsession for a while. Found those two buck 110's in a cracker jack box...I'm lucky that way! ;)

Oh I forgot...I also got and new big'o John Deere lawn tractor....I'm stuck as a yard man for the forseeable future!!!

Flatlander, both 110s are sweet... Now I have to go out in the cold and buy some cracker jacks... Damn it... :eek: ... ITE
 
So I'm just getting started but these all arrived in the mail in the last few days and made me happy.

110 (oh there are going to be more of these), 112 'Ecolite' (still not convinced), 279 AlphaHunter folder (love this knife, hate the sheath coz it doesn't fit on my belt, but I already found a guy to make me a custom leather one :))

Just a couple beat up old 112's to play with......
But Santa has been keeping me buisy slaving in the wood shop....
maybe I'll sneak one of my Burl blocks out there soon ;) ...........

sitflyer....you are getting MUCH better at removing those old scales!! Good job!! :)

I've got a few knives I plan on putting new scales on, but it will be a while. I've got too many other projects in the works.
