Working on getting all of the Skoals right now. These are recent. 2 down, not sure how many other Skoal versions there are exactly?

UST (United States Tobacco), the parent company which produced Skoal, Copenhagen, Happy Days etc, ordered a lot of different SFOs over the years. Some really nice ones too if you like stag. They also sponsored Harry Gant in their #33 "Skoal Bandit Racing" Winston Cup/Nascar program and a lot of related Gant SFOs were done as well.

My latest Schrade purchase was related to this topic. I grabbed an unrelated but nice stag NKCA 1982 trapper Club Knife and because I could combine shipping I also grabbed a number of UST/Gant patches and hat pins from the same seller. I figured they would look cool beside my Gant knives when I am displaying them.

Here's some pics of my new knife, some of my favorite UST Schrade's that have made an appearance before and the assorted pins and patches I just grabbed.

They need to go back to these types of knives , made in the USA and are actually worth the money

You've got that right, I would have gladly paid twice the amount for all of these knives had they been brand new & made here in the states. For the same money I could purchase a single Goldclass or a Sprint run knife.

I think this is the last one I purchased, so I'll toss it into the mix. I carry it several times a week. It's really a great knife and one of my favorites.

Or maybe it was this one by Mr. Williams

The blade says
Schrade
NY USA
233

XBXB, Ilike that 233. It looks like Mr. Williams did that wile he was still working for Schrade... Ken

Is the clue that 2009 stamped on the back of the blade? :)

Those 233 and 234 patterns are great little jack knives.

Yes Koldgold its a great pattern and one you do not see very often, Thawk is correct he rebuilt the knife in 2009. Thawk has the original and it is a real beauty. When I saw this knife for sale it had been rebuilt by Mr. Williams and I took a look at the stag and had to have it. Between the two knives I have shown they are in my pocket most of the week (not at the same time.)

I've been patiently waiting for this one. It's in nearly pristine condition, only the outer white box shows any kind of wear. It's a much bigger knife than I expected. I'm rather stoked over it, especially at less than $60 dollars.

Got the nifty little red bag and paperwork too. The knife has never been in the bag, it's all looking to me as it must have when it left the shop.

Hi Motey, that is a nice knife. I have one the same. I have seen one or two of them with bone handles.
I would like one of them. However, I think they would be hard to find... Ken

Here's my latest Schrade.

A fruit/melon/sausage tester I picked up at a local antique store.

It's 5 3/4 inches long. You can make out Swift's Sausage on the blade.

Nice tester, with etch to boot!

Etches on the older ones, from what I have seen, were usually pretty light and seldom survive. Nice.
