What's your Zombie Killin' equipment??? Pics only.

It's called the Baryonyx (meaning "heavy claw") and is a prototype I submitted to Condor after 1.5 years of development. It's up for consideration for their 2013 line, but they haven't made an official decision yet. You can get one here. Be sure to read up on the features and send Condor a message if you like the design! :)

Kinda looks like some of those native american war clubs. Smokin'!

Thanks--I'll be taking some video clips/pics of it in action this weekend. I just really hope it makes it to production. I believe in this design 110% and want to see it done right. Thinned out to 2mm with a polypropylene handle and nice leather sheath like only Condor can do. To the best of my knowledge it would be the only machete since the Woodman's Pal to have been specifically designed for the temperate zones.

You mean the Randall Confederate Bowie? I know, its a little under-powered as zombie medicine, but its what I got. :)

But if they get my back to the wall, I got some of this for them...

I'd be scared to fire that thing.... or wear it 0.0 imagine that explodes on your back.... oh, boy...

vintage WWII Martindale 227 bolo machete w/ custom handle and razor sharp edge! It served my grandfather in fighting Axis fighters in the pacific, and it will serve me well against rotting zombies!

Here you go... I can reach out and touch them with this bad boy... my custom built 6.5 grendel featuring 123 lapua hollow-point custom loaded rounds.

Bushnell elite 4200 6-24x50 mil-dot with an illuminated reticle... Its an excellent scope, great clarity and is FFP.

how do you find the weight? ease of use in the field? I've been looking into scopes to slap on a Remington 700 and dont want to cheap out, I've owned plenty of rifles but never got into scoped setups.

Well, I actually just built it over the last 6 months, so haven't been able to go hunting with it yet, but will in the next couple of months! :D It is slightly front heavy, but I think that is more because of the 20" barrel and Harris bipod I have on it. What I want to do is either buy the Magpul 1 point sling that converts over to a 2 point (for easier carrying in the field) or just slap a caribeaner on my 1 point I have on it and have a manual 2-point conversion.

The scope itself is awesome. A gunsmith I kno here locally said that the same company who makes glass for nightforce makes the glass for bushnell. don't ask me how he knows this... I have not verified it. But I can say that I have looked through a leupold and this scope's clarity is on the same level.... absolutely amazing. It also is shockproof, waterproof, and fog-resistant since it's dry nitrogen filled. check out this video for a review of it on snipershide.
