Oh, I see, I should have to find a moderated forum that is actually moderated. Yes, that sounds reasonable. Why is the Political Arena here even called "moderated?"

Ah, Gollnick. Another "moderator" that is a Bush Believer.

My "problem" is that the Political Arena is not moderated. If it is intended to be a moderated forum, it isn't. Why isn't the Political Arena just renamed to the Bush Believer Forum, where all of the self-delusional can get together and praise our Commander in Chief?

I say either call the Political Arena the "Bush Believer Forum" as the moderators want it to be, or, de-list it as a 'moderated forum." Simple request.

Hey geothorn dont you get it? they dont care about your opinion. You are complaining about them. You are going against the inside group. The group with the power to exclude you from participating here. They dont see you as a customer of one stop knife shop that they should extend some customer service to. They want you to shut up.

powernoodle, thanks for your advice to me to leave. You, too, apparently like having a political forum that is moderated to suit your needs. You can actively insult anyone that doesn't support President Bush and his administration, and you can get away with it.

I guess that is something that you desire to keep. A so-called "moderated forum" that allows you to insult others, of a different political viewpoint, at-will, and without being corrected for it. Must be nice if you can get it.

I wasn't told that the Political Arena here was biased, and that the moderators were biased. But, that's the way it is.

How can a "moderated forum" have a bias...? Is it supposed to be politically biased...? No, it's not.

Your "problem" is that Political is not moderated the way you like. It is moderated, it just does not suit you.....your constant whining and tantrums remind me of a spoiled child. As evidence I would submit that you blame the moderators for as you say “Your Problem”. You should take a good hard look in the mirror, “your problem” will be staring you in the face!

This is not about Bush supporters or Bush haters, this is about geothorn trying to convince people dont care one bit about his thinking or being a potential customer.
 
Mr Geothorn, you have the right to have an opinion, and so does everyone else on this forum. Sadly for you, it appears that people who collect knives also seem to lean to the right side of the political scale. I can see that you disagree, but if you are a real Democrat you can only accept the simple fact that on this forum you are a minority group.
That is what democracy is all about, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
I don't see how you, as a true democrat, you can demand "neutral" moderators?
Democracy means the freedom of to choose, it seems most people inhere choose different then you.

Where would you debate politics...? There may not be a political forum, anywhere, that is any less biased than this one.

If that's the case, then, there really isn't any place to debate politics. And, if that's true, no political forum should/could be successfully called "moderated."

At least I'm here fighting for the Political Arena to be moderated. It is supposed to be moderated, but, apparently, having a Political Arena moderated with a bias is OK with Spark. Or, Spark doesn't know how well his Political Arena is being moderated, or not....

Too bad that Danbo couldn't fight for his "right" to carry a knife at his workplace. He could only leave his knives at home.... Working in Washington, D.C. must be a pain!

They can take away your ability to carry a knife, no matter that no one has ever been attacked with a knife at your workplace....

The other stooges that chimed in here to make you feel like crap are borrowing power and trying to kiss up to the moderators. Like dogs sniffing around the alpha male.

It's nice to see full-fledged and perhaps founding members of the Pirate's Cove here. They don't post in the Political Arena too much, but, when they see something that they cherish being fought against, they'll leap into the fray.

For example, the last time GigOne posted in reply to one of my threads, if I remember correctly, it was when we were arguing about abuses of the Reputation Point system....
