OK G$. That one is there. To fit a motor string enough to fit inside the seat tube and still provide enough "ooomph" to be worth has got to be some bad-ass technology. I'm sure the rider is not the developer of the motor. There would have to have been some good mechanical and electrical engineers involved in its development.

I don't think the idea is to have a motor that's strong enough to move the rider without pedaling. I think the motor is just supposed to make it easier for the rider to maintain a certain power output. Check out this proof of concept :

Yep. That one really surprises me. The 5 and 15 are pretty surprising to me too.

I cant believe the BK17 out sells the BK15. The 17 is great but I see way more 15s out there. They should have cancelled the 17 first.

They also cancelled the BK24 already. That's the BK14 in D2 steel. I am in love with this thing. Never had a D2 knife before but I am going to get another one before they disappear.

I think that's it. BK 4,5,15,24.

No $#!+. I went skating outside today and wore a t-shirt. In New Hampshire, above the 43° parallel. In January. Supposed to be even warmer tomorrow. So much for my "winter" hiking plan tomorrow....guess I'll be rocking the shorts.
 
Holy crap. It was 55 at my house today. Where did winter go?
My winter camp contest is suffering.
 
Broke down and turned the A/C on for a bit because I had things to do and I don't like sweating in my house in January.
 
I am doing a paddle, run, bike triathlon this year. Whereabouts do I get one of those fancy bike motors?
 
Oh, and does anyone have good ideas about how to conceal a trolling motor in a kayak?

Now you're thinking! Throw a few flexible solar panels on the decks and you can recharge the batteries while you paddle.

HA! Just cut a hole in the floor under a storage console or right in the floor, then build a rack over the top to conceal the top.

This can be done :D


I want a Pond Prowler for real though. Like a canoe and a pontoon boat had a baby. An ugly offspring, but a great personality !
