Schooled and stayed in Indianoplace, IN.
Been here over 7 years and still haven't found anything resembling a hill, much less a mountain in the whole bloody state!

Live in "God's Country", about nine miles from Mt. Shasta, in a little hiccup called Dunsmuir in Northern Calif. Like Walt Welch, born and raised in Calif. Have lived in L.A., (born there), the S.F. Bay Area, Central Coast, all over the state. I have to admit, Calif., as far as beauty, has it all.
Born in Modesto, California, grew up there.
Moved to Dallas Tx, then to Red Oak Tx, outside of Waxahache (pop 1500). Tried the country life, lotsa ticks and tornados.
Moved to Los Angeles for several years. Learned the school of hard knocks.
Moved around and ended up in Phoenix, AZ for several more years. Not much better than LA for violence on my part, but at least I could pack heat!
Moved to Oakland/Berkeley area for school.
Transferred to San Diego to finish up and train with the best in the world.
Lusting to move to Oregon/Washington where most of my family lives and where my wife grew up for 20 years (Salem).
The beach is nice here, the fruits, nuts and flakes make nice punching bags, but the oppressive laws suck and the mountains of the Northwest are calling me. I'm outee as soon as I graduate.

I was born in Saskatchewan to a military family and joined up myself as soon as I could duck out of my high school obligations. Twenty years of that nonsense and I retired in Metcalfe (thats near enough to Ottawa that it makes no diff.)
