Heres a question. Is the reason you wear skinny jeans because of BMX/skateboarding? When i BMX far from home and carry a blade i carry a kershaw blur but the better one than that when i owned it was a stainless steel delica 4.

I enjoyed that almost half your video was about the douk, and mercators have a pretty good reputation too, though I don't own one personally. In the "related videos" section of your page, there's also a link to a video Laci Szabo did on the douk. Don't know if the "razor grip" is really essential, since the spring will hold it open halfway in case of accidental closure. Really is a strong and relatively safe slipjoint!

I've also been eyeing the "Le Thiers" on the M.C. Cognet website, but it doesn't look like something I can get this side of the Atlantic.

Take a look at the SOG Access Card, http://sogknives.com/store/accesscard2_SOGAC76.html. SOG's Flash I is very popular because its clip allows for deep carry, but it might be too thick for your needs.

The EKA Executive Slim Line is 3/16" thick, if you don't mind slipjoints. I'd also like to toss the Victorinox Bantam into the mix. It's kind of nice to have a can/bottle opener and flathead screwdriver along with the knife blade.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I've been wanting a stainless handle for some time, im leaning toward the endura. Are these easy to "flick open"? I have grown fond of my spec elite in that respect, as I find it a good flicker.

As for my jeans, I'm a bit of an irregular fit. A skinny jean on me, is like a regular jean on you. Still plenty of room. However the spec elite I is just not a comfortable carry.

Then shouldn't you be asking which knife for regular jeans?

I know the Shallot as been mentioned a few times but I want to bring specific attention to the ZDP-189 version. It's even thinner than the other versions and has a great blade. Add alps ride clip to Uganda it would be just about perfect for "skinny jeans".

Kershaw Skyline is very thin, Buck 55 or Buck Prince would be also very thin and nice EDC's.
