So let me get this straight. You walked out of the house without your firearm and stumbled into a fight with multiple assailants, so your situational awareness was less than ideal. Now, after the other guys gain the advantage of numbers, initiative, surprise and likely experience, you are planning to break out a pocket knife and take them all out. That sounds highly unlikely, perhaps unwise, and at best desperate. I have no doubt that a knife is a great tool that can be used for self-defense; but, you have already made a number of bad judgment calls and you may be making another.

BTW, my old man encountered a very similar scenario on the streets of NYC many, many years ago. He was working a night shift and had decided to walk to work. As he was walking down the sidewalk of a broad but empty avenue he noticed 3 guys approaching on him rapidly from behind. He kept his pace and waited for them. As the first one threw his arm around his neck, he simply turned, pushed him over a low fence and dropped him into a sunken alley. The second guy ran up so he punched him in the face and knocked him down; and then the third guy stopped when my father drew a 7" Ka-bar from his belt sheath. It ended with the muggers running and my father chasing after them.

Later he admitted that he had made a number of poor choices and that he had been very lucky. He didn't know why he had ended up chasing the muggers. But, he drove to work from then on, and the knife eventually ended up in my collection.

OK, first, what planet are you on when the attack commences ? This is an important consideration, as different gravities would suggest different knives and tactics.
And second, how many is in "multiple attackers" ? Multiple, to me can mean anywhere from three to hoards and hoards and hoards.
And third,Yer Gonna Die, with any of the knives you chose stuffed down your throat or up your butt, according to the caprice of the "multiple attackers" !!!
