Carried this one today, but i didn't get the opportunity to use it. (Rare for me)...so perhaps I'll use it for food prep tonight...these are great "kitchen" knives!

I've had mixed results with aftermarket scales. Finding that they don't necessarily feel as good as the originals but these scales changed the knife. They're outstanding.
