Never that I've noticed. You talking about the lockbar snapping into place pinching? I've not had an issue with that. I have had part of my palm get pinched when closing it, however, as the little "flipper nub" will grab any skin that's pushed into the gap between the handle scales...

But yeah. No real pinching that I've noticed.

Yes the top compression lockbar when opening. My hands must have more loose skin because it regularly pinches me.

No problem while closing tho.

I did grind the clip both ends, the screw side looks better and the tip side I tried to give it the same shape as the blade but not that pointy, I tapered it down, it looks like it will dig into the hand but it really doesn't.
 
Did you change the Lockback as well or just the blade ?
Is there any blade movement ?
Love this as a mod :thumbup:

I did have to move the lockbar that came with the ZDP and grind it Down,... It sits about 1.5mm taller when in Ti handle.

They fit so well together aesthetically
