In your opinion, which spyderco is the hardest to find? I'm not talking about a PM 2 "shortage" either. I mean with all the models produced, which knife have you rarely seen for sale? What spyderco have you been seeking for?

I would say the southard will become hard to find retail.

I can think of a few that are pretty hard to find. The full serrated CPM D2/Foliage green G-10 Paramilitary is going to be a problem. Well, not all that hard to find, but getting it away from spydutch is going to be tough. The Cranberry Lum Chinese would be easier since there are two of them.

I've been looking for a Klotzli collaboration for a while. C22 with the carbon scales and blue ti. Not much action out there.

Flat iron folder... Damn near impossible to find. Ill find a UFO before I find a flatiron.

I saw one a month ago maybe. Asking price was a bit prohibitive though. Some day. :o

If it was here on the exchange it was probably me...

I didn't know what to price it at...I didn't have much to compare to. Within 2 days I dropped the price by $100 (if its me you are referring to). My price was based on rarity, condition, the fact I was trying to sell to so I could fund another knife, and a little portion of the price was me already having sellers remorse.

I gave up on the southard, can't find them for reasonable price, ti military doesn't seem easy to come bye either.

I have the Herbst Titanium... somewhere... (in storage, I think) at least I hope it is the Titanium... may be the Aluminum now that I think about it...

the hardest for me to find has been the C-17 Terzuola in G-10 and plain blade...

I have lost out on a couple of the original Starmate plane edge (I have 4 of them with the combo edge...)

I want a Titanium ATR in unused condition... (good luck there...)

and the original Klotzli Walker ... I am saving up for that bad boy one day...

Hard to find a fluted Millie/Native 5 fluted Ti (for a reasonable price) & PM2 CF/S90V .

On the plus side...I bought a Southard for $240 a couple of weeks ago and my Ti Millie s/be back from Spyderco shortly.

When you say c17 Terzuola do you possibly mean c15/c19 ? The c15 was the large version and the c19 jr. was the same as the bigger version but smaller. If those are the ones you are referring to, then I feel your pain. I have 2 large but the are partially serrated with aluminum scales, and the small version in G-10 with partially serrated. The plain edge in either size is very hard to find. So hard that I actually found 2 c22 Michael Walkers before I found any of my current Terzuola's.
