I don't have an 8 sided coin unfortunately and can't seem to make up my mind.
I've decided to buy a Lionsteel SR2A instead of the planned Protech Strider PT. I may get the PT eventually, but I've wanted an SR2A for some time and just never pulled the trigger. I can't make my mind up about the color though. Figured I'd let the forum decid

I went with red/satin when I bought one because I got a good deal on it.
I like the red/black and orange/black though too.

Guess what I voted for..

Green/Satin and Red/Satin tied at 16 votes each. This photo tipped the scale though. Just ordered a Red/Satin model.
Thanks for the help folks. I'll post some pics and a review after it arrives.
After seeing Hawk's picture, I'd like to change my vote from Red/Black to the Red/Satin you went with. Great looking knife!

tho, i do like the red with black blade.
I havent watched the videos. Do they explain why you would not? If not, why?
most of the Con's he mentions are why i wouldnt buy it. mostly because of the disassembly and the nylon washers. one thing i do like is the blade/blade shape, but to me it doesnt out weigh the con's.
i have a lionsteel TM1 carbon fiber and i love it. its got IKBS and its an integral too, i will dread disassembling it.
Im torn on the height of the blade and handle. I'll have to watch the vids. Im going through a Lionsteel kick right now due to the Round Headed Barlows coming out. I've already picked up the M4 and Opera. That red satin is nice though.![]()
You've got to get one in-hand. I never paid them any mind until someone sent me one for sharpening. Fell in love with it immediately.
If you still haven't pulled the trigger on one in a couple weeks and want to test it out let me know. Happy to send you mine for a week or two, after I've gotten to carry it some myself or course.![]()
