Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
Near Tahquemenon Falls just south of Lake Superior.
Not much color yet near the big lakes.
But pretty good in central U.P.
Nice weather too.

I suspected the UP or northern lower peninsula. I grew up in Detroit metro and went to college at MTU. The colors in the UP can be spectacular and are second to none

The Houghton Hancock area is beautiful.
The Keweenaw Peninsula is one of my favorite places.
Yes sir. The falls up here are beautiful. I'd retire here if it were not for the winters being so long.

I work quite a bit in Detroit.
Definitely a contrast in the two places.

It's a Model 119 Special that reground to a 4" drop point hunter.I then polished the blade to a mirror finish.

I also reshaped the hilt,handle and butt cap.

especially with the handle and butt cap mods you did, it's like everything I like about Case and Buck fixed blades in one.
