White comes in many shades including cream/vanilla in this context. Here's a Farmer's Jack in Ivory Bone and a Lag with white liners

Some? Great collection of white-handled knives, Jack (and I'm betting that isn't all of them). I know we've all seen The Table many times, but I can't even imagine where they all go after they're removed from the table. Actually, I can imagine it…

This one in particular is just awesome! I love all the inlays (I don't know that you would call them "shields" at that point, would you?). Such a cool knife! Thanks for sharing, Jack!
