Who carries more than one knife every day?

Have my Leatherman for obvious reasons.
ZT0200ST for EDC
CS Urban Pall (Static Cord) and CS MiniTac Tanto (neck) for SD

i carry 2 but one is on my keychain (spyderco ladybug2 with a sheep's foot blade) so i dont really count that.

I once carried 3 for a while but thats when I had a spyderco bug to do 99% of the jobs, a 6 inch tilite for emergencies (not protection but when/if i needed to cut lead ropes or hobbles quickly), and another on my keychain.

Why and what do you do?

I know people out there carry multiple knives daily but I don't know if it's personal preference or required for their job. This weekend I wanted to experiment with carrying my ZT 0200 and I was carrying it back pocket. I felt it would be a little awkward pulling out such a huge knife for opening a small package etc so I was carrying my Skyline front pocket as well.

I felt a little strange having both on me. Just wondering what other's experiences are.

Why yes.Lately it's been a Buck 112 in a belt sheath,Vic Classic on my Keys,an LM Blast in work bag,and ALWAYS my Case Damascus Peanut in left front jeans pocket.

Typically 2-3 here.

I've got a Spyderco Dragonfly II that never leaves my right-front pocket unless it's being traded out for something a little larger, no matter where I am or what I am doing.
My Leatherman PST only rides along when I am away from the house; left-front pocket. It's purpose, at least blade-wise, is for emergencies and never gets to come out and play.
Finally, a fixed blade. Usually a neck knife, but depending on my plans for the day, maybe a larger belt knife. My beater, if you will. Usually kept with a more polished edge than my primary, which I prefer on the toothier side.

I buy a lot of my casual outerwear from Duluth Trading Co. They make coats and jackets with a lot of pockets :) I usually leave the house with 4 knives from my edc list... SAK Farmer, BM 530, BM 710, CS XL CP Voyager, Boker S2, BM 912, BM SOCP, TOPS Baghdad Bullet, Gryphon M30A1. Plus a 4/7's Ti Preon 2, LM Supertool w/bit kit, and my Glock 26 w/2 extra mags. I always carry the Farmer, then a smaller folder, a larger folder, and a fixed blade. I don't like empty pockets, lol. In the summer I carry less.

2 during the week (work in office): Leatherman Micra and Boker Subcom
3 on weekends: the above two + a larger folder (usually a Kershaw Storm II or Spyderco Endura 4). During the weekend, the Boker usually doubles as my money clip.

I carry two almost always.

Regular
ZT302 for edc and Strider DB iwb 5o clock for the rest.

Low profile
Zt 350 and emerson lagriffe modified wharncliffe same as the DB

Woods
I carry a lot of knife:)
Zt302 DB, Izula, esee4, multitool, hatchet

I carry two everyday at work. A folder and a fixed blade at 3.5in blade length. It's kinda funny getting looks from AF personnel when they discover you have a fixed blade on your person.

Usually 2 a day. A large, single blade, locking, deep-carry pocket clipped folder in my right front pocket, and a slipjoint in my left front. Though it has a knife blade I don't usually think/count it as a knife, but that is my Leatherman Juice S2, which goes in the outside pocket of my wallet, and wallet in my right rear pocket.

There are the days where I carry a second large folder, and do so by placing it inside the side leg pocket of y carpenter style jeans.

Why; I carry the slipjoint because sometimes it is just easier to use around folks who would look at me in a different light if I pulled out the larger knife. Sometimes a slipjoint is all you need anyway.

This has been my normal carry for the past several weeks;

Been adding this one to my right leg pocket 3 or so times a week;

When I was young, I was told by a friend's dad (who was a police detective) that I should always carry three knives. One for daily chores, one for fighting, and one nobody knows about.

I pretty much follow that. For EDC I carry a multitool (LM Wave or CRKT Zilla Jr.), a BM 710, and a CRKT Minimilist tanto (neck knife.)

Vic Rambler in the FRWatchPocket and a ZT 0650 just below it today. The Vic is always there and the EDC changes based on my mood.

You guys make me feel so much better!! :)

I live in one of the least knife friendly countries but I travel with work. When I'm in the UK I always have a Spydie UKPK with me.

When I have official reason to carry or I'm 'allowed' to carry I always have a single-handed opening folder (Spydie Para 2, Spydie Junior, ZT0350 - and soon to be a HEST 2.0) and I carry the Fallkniven TK3 in a pouch on my belt. If I'm on duty, I'll have an Falkniven F1 or a Bark River 3-4 inch fixed blade with me too...

...oh and a Spydie Dragonfly lives in my right boot (always).

You guys help to make me feel normal - thanks!!

Ben

Minimum two, one smaller & friendlier, one larger & more heavy duty.

Recently experimenting with 4 as they all different in grind & size, so each is uniquely suitable for the task.

Esav put it well: for fun! Can I get along with only one? I can, but it's less enjoyable :p

Hhhmm I had 5 with me today. ZT 200 RFP, Blue Para LFP, OD-2 inside fanny pack, Honeybee with house keys, and some kind of SAK with my mini truck's keys.

Front right pocket, SOG powerassist on my belt, and keychain knife... so 3, technically 4 if you count that the SOG has 2 knives in it...

Ususally 3-4:

slipjoint/traditional folder, (sometimes 2, iust 'cause I love traditionals)

small lockin' one hander

larger one hand opener

fixed blade

Keyring SAK

tiny Spydie on neckchain, (actually sees a lot of light use)

1-2 FBs, a Leatherman Supertool and about a 1/2 dozen assorted folders for backup in my BOB/Manbag.;)

And yes, I need and use 'em all. :)
