Who carries more than one knife every day?

A fixed blade, a slipjoint, a locking folder that opens with one hand.

Fixed blade is fastest and strongest, slipjoint is fun and friendly, locking one hander is handy and sometimes tacticool to boot.

In most case I carry more than one knife. My primary EDC (FRP) is Spyderco C83 large Persian. Somehow last Friday I forgot it home.:grumpy:
I got to work and wanted to make coffee. Need to open a bag and than I realized that my FRP is empty. No problem, I had Kopa in my watch pocket, so coffee was made :thumbup::thumbup:. Received mail later, open with Kopa as well as one small package. I almost got a problem later, when I wanted to eat my apple. Kopa is too small to cut it. You really need 3.5" blade to do this. Fortunately I had my beloved Caly3.5 in my RRP :thumbup:. Not a problem again. The day was saved. One apple every day is very good for you.

1. Tenacious clipped to right front pocket.
2. Vic Climber on keychain.
3. Gerber Bear Grylls Compact MT on keychain.

I like a having seperate a plier-based MT and an SAK because I've found myself in situations where I've had to hold a nut with the pliers and turn the bolt with the SAK. If they were on the same tool I wouldn't be able to do that.

4 EDC, 2 on person. Miniature sada koma on a keychain, along with its companion an LD01 torch.
Always, always the Benchmade 530. It is glued to my person and is always front right pocket.
A second larger knife usually in back pocket, or jacket pocket. or fanny pack.
RAO185 in backpack and together with it in the RAO sheath a leatherman tool.

I do not feel strange carrying them, although I am extra careful packing for plane trips to pull all of them out of their various nooks

Yep, sure do!

Spydie PM2 in RFP...for self defense and large cutting tasks

Spydie Kiwi (or one of my small traditional slip joints) in my LRP...for loaning out to folks, also handles 90% of my cutting tasks

Usually just one :(; My PM2 serves all my needs.
Sometimes my Alox Cadet comes with me though

Non-locking traditional in a front pocket
A locking one hander in the other front pocket
A Leatherman C2 Juice or CS4 Juice in a belt sheath

Traditional in front trouser pocket, or in jacket pocket.

Small fixed blade, (usually a Bark River Pro-Scalpel or smaller Puukko) and a SAK Farmer in the work-pack. If wearing a topcoat/overcoat, that might have a Mini Grip or Byrd Meadowlark clipped inside too...

Maybe a Boot-Knife would be an idea too:D:thumbup:

I carry more than one knife just because I can. Always a Spyderco Endura clipped IWB, and an old style Leatherman (from back when they only made one model), a slippie of some kind in my pocket and a SAK Classic on my key chain. I seldom need more than one. I like the SAK for the little scissors, the toothpick and the tweezers.

Busted! I carry a buck 326 and either a Spyderco Rescue 93mm or a Spyderco Paramilitary 2. I feel lost if I don't have at least two knives on me.

i ALWAYS carry two. the Kershaw Needs Work and the Gerber evo and i also carry a multitool which has a knife on it.

In addition to my main EDC folder I always carry my Spyderco H1 Ladybug. IMO it never hurts to have a backup seeing as it is possible that your main EDC knife could become dull or become lost stolen or misplaced.

Lately I have been carrying a SAK in my FLP and a bigger folder, Spyderco Millitary or a Chris Reeve Umnum, in the cargo pocket on my right leg.

I mostly use the SAK. I carry the bigger folder just because I can:D

Personally I think it gets a bit ridiculous when I watch EDC videos and they carry 4+ knives. Yeah, I understand 1-3 depending on what you do (I carry a Spyderco and a SAK) but anymore is overkill. :p

Lol I See A Lot Of People Carrying One Of Each Type Of Knife. - Great To Have The Variety And Be Ready For All Situations, Tasks, And Needs.
I'm A Little Different.... I Don't Carry A Folder, a Slip Joint, A Fixed, And An SAK Or Multi-Tool.
I Actually Carry 3 Different Folders. Weird Right?
One(My Main Blade Used For Everyday Tasks) Rides In My Right Front Pocket.
Two(My Secondary Used For Heavier Tasks) Rides In My Left Front Pocket.
Three(My Smaller Back Up Blade) Rides In My Right Back Pocket.

1.) My Spyderco Paramilitary 2 For My EDC Needs Such As Cutting Cord, Boxes, Slicing, Etc.
2.) My Benchmade Griptilian 550HG For My "Tougher" Needs If I Think The Situation Calls For More Than The Super Cutting/Slicing Abilities Of The Paramilitary 2.
3.) My Spyderco UKPK For My Smaller Back Up Knife If I Need A Smaller Knife For Something.

I'm a chef, so I carry a total of 16 knives every day. But on a serious matter, I carry a SAK and a fixed blade. A Climber in my pocket and a Hultafors OK4or one of my Morakniv in my bag. I tend to use the Hultafors more and more though, love that knife. Just got a Gerber EVO multitool I'm looking forward to carry, so far, from playing around with it at home, it feels like a good tool. Now, I never owned a Leatherman, never felt the use to carry around pliers really and my SAK can do pretty much everything i need a multitool for.

I carry two during the work week, in a AW/NAW pairing.
(At Work/Not At Work)
At Work knife must be 3" or under and no auto's.
Not At Work knife can be whatever I want.

On week ends I carry two, one right side and a small auto on left.
