That's Osage Orange wood.

Its really bright and yellow when its new and fresh, and with age it turns a darker orange color. By far one of my favorite woods to use as handle material.


Heres a pic of the long skinny one when it was new. Its called a Stretched Mini Potiwatami from JK Handmade Knives.
