I did check in on the shelter on this rainy day today. Brought along another Aurora, this one in maroon linen micarta (can't have just one, you know!!):

I personally prefer fixed over folders as EDC knives except for when i wear a smoking to which i, of course, carry a gentlemens folder
Just finished a simple pocket sheath for my small fixed, total length with knife inserted is 6.1" which fits my pockets well without protruding too much.
