Who here still has under 10 knives?

*sigh* I'm not under 10 anymore.

Until today, I had 4 folders (3 Kershaws and a ZT) and 5 fixed blades (4 Swamp Rats and a Busse).

Just got 3 different Moras and 2 different Opinels today. Something a little different, looking for knives that are usable but that I won't feel bad about losing/ruining- I'm somewhat attached to each of my original 9.
 
I think 12 that I consider to be real knives.

In all the lists on these 3 pages only one Laguiole is listed ???
Come on guys, you should all enjoy such a stylish, elegant, classic EDC knife in your collection !!!
 
If I'm not in the office I have less than ten knives...on me. In the office today I have a Busse Assault Shaker as a necker, a K.R. Johnson Sod Buster front right, a Spyderco Ladybug in a small snap pocket, and a Spyderco Military clipped on my front right pocket which is getting ready to be swapped out for the newly acquired Foliage green Para-Military and I have a small Puma lock-back that I've been meaning to touch up on some 600 grit sandpaper. No metal detectors for ME!!! :D
 
I have no idea how many knives I own. Probably at least three or four.
 
I finally got down to less than 10. I've been downsizing for a year or two now, gave away to my family and friends most of my knives, keeping only a few of the ones I really use on a day to day basis.

Now I feel lighter, and love it.

all those under 10 should ask santa a bucket of moras^^

no knife knut should have under ten imo :p
coz that seems like ..sad

but i do agree offcourse that quality goes above quantity

Let me see: BM Ares, two Opinel, Rob Simonich Raven Combat, and Busse GW. I'm happy I still have under 10 knives.
 
I'll have under 10, this fall! Time to sell!! My goal is: Three folders, HD-7, Spyderco P-Mil. and my Reg. Sebenza. Two FB's, Red Busse Warden and my Mission MPT. My old Hartsfield/Leu collection, stays. :)

I thought about doing this, selling off a small collection of BM's and getting a large Seb. How do you like your Seb in comparison to the BM's?

Fury 10035 got them in China Town in the 80's retired 2 still have 1 brand spankin in my knife case great cheap knife, prybar, screwdriver, hammer....

Buckmaster LT 185 used as dive knife, hiking, camping, food prep etc. Broke clearing brush (bought another from a member)

Cold Steel Carbon V Trailmaster broke doing a "knife test" Awesome knife bought 2 san mai III abused and sold one of them

Kabar folder (my first knife) found in the neighbors yard cleaned oiled and used well this knife tought me alot about sharpening and blade handling

Spyderco Harpy......worn to a nub.......Got another tho broke the tip but Spydie reground it a little shorter but works great

Leatherman multi tool edc for a while got too ambitious with the pliers and broke em right tool for the job lesson...

Fury Balisong high school EDC worn to a nub loose a goose broken pins...scraped

Gerber parabellum Camo Used well but well maintained Sold

thats only 8 individual but im sure im missing some

I have knives big and small cheap and expensive but if I look from my desk to within arms reach right now i have 4 swords, a mini mojo/leatherman combo, a hand axe, a mtech folder and a 12ga.

Guess im ready to go if need be :D
