The Brends moved to Cullman County last year from Walterboro, S.C.
west of Charleston~

He is no longer taking orders, that removes him from consideration regarding the initial post.

On a personal note, they are gorgeous, but Geno Denning learned from George, and his work is both affordable, and refined, as well as available. IF George is still making knives, the only realistic way to get one affordably, and quickly, would be if he has one at a show. If that is the case, get in line! :D

George if feeling much better now, His eyes and coming along. Last time I talked to him he was getting back to the shop a few hours a day. Hoping that he will be in Atlanta in June, He and Loveless are my mentors and it would be great to see my old friend. Going to call him this week. will keep you all posted on his condition. Thanks Guys Mike Lovett

Rob Brown does a great sub-hilt. Here is one he made for me, specially based on the Sheffield patern:

Guy's I just put a few Pic,s of My SubHilt up on photo.epson.com
Just type in my e-mail after going there. michaellovett@earthlink.net. Can any on tell me how to get the link to apear in blue, to go to sight without having to leave Blade Forum. Let me know what you think. Thanks, M. Lovett

Mr. Lovett,
When you are on the Epson page that shows all of the knife photographs, copy the all of the info from the address line. Go back over to Blade Forums and paste it in your posting and it should show up in blue and take you directly to the photo album that you selected.
Hope that makes it clear as mud for you.
