I was a few minutes late as well (due to horsing around on here
). My e-mail receipt is time-stamped 01:54:51 EDT so who knows how many were processed before then or if that's even a real indication of how quickly the order went through.

But when the time comes, large choil here I come
If that happens, that would be sweet. I just hope I dont miss ANY handle color before I can order one. I'd love something like pumpkin or tigerhide. Is it likely they'll do other colors?

Yup, as soon as I saw it, there was no doubt. I'd waited too long to get the regular thickness BOSS Street I had wanted, but when this came up I was glad I'd waited. I may still trade for a regular one if I get the opportunity, but I won't lay out cash for it.

Just so you remember that those won't be LE's. As well, they may be coated. There is no way of being certain if any CG (non-LE) versions will be satin or bead blasted. Unless Jerry tells us before hand that is, .

a few random variations at the big shows, surely. everything seems to turn up there, in one CS version or another.
who knows, you might see Giraffe Bone handled ones like the Cultis - or some of those g-rex two tone jobs I don't care for.
tigerhide is pretty unlikely, IMO.
my gut tells me we won't see a coated CG version in any color combo. I bet this LE run is the only ones available direct, with some popping up at the shows and in a Ganza maybe. I've nothing to substantiate that, just a guess...

I know they're not going to be LEs, I'm fine with that.
I'm just hoping since there's the LE, a couple SEs will also be offered.

Exactly what I was thinking when I saw the sneak peak pics!
I really like my F1 and was hoping for something from Busse that would be just a little bit tougher and longer. :thumbup:
The only thing I see that I'm not sure about is the spine. The spine on the F1 is a nice, sharp angle, which is great for the firesteel I have on it's sheath. The CABS looks like it's a bit rounded on top.
Might have to send it in to have it ground down if that's the case, or maybe have the same thumb area added to it as the recent SARs have on them.
