Beautiful knife! I sure wish that GEC had put a bail on the 53. To me it just makes sense.
Good one!"...which apparently isn’t the case any longer."
No no! The last episode of Firefly, when the bounty hunter sneaks on to the ship, he knocks out Shephard Book. One of the characters, I think it was Simon the doctor, says "Is that how you treat a Shephard?". The bounty hunter looks at Book huddled on the floor and says "That ain't no Shepard", which suggests the running theme that there's more to Book than meets the eye.My bad !
Shepherd!!!!

Those are fantastic Ed, what a great pattern. I’m always looking for the older ones, but this one is pretty well made.3 3/4" 6231 1/2 Swell End Jack/Capped Jack with a 3 3/8" 6235 1/2 Sell End Jack/Capped Jack - both with jigged delrin covers

Yes, it’s the 35 1/2. Such a solid little knife. How does the 31 1/2 feel in comparison to the 35 1/2?That's a really nice one Todd. I like the coloring of those delrin covers from the 70s/80s. Is that the 35 1/2?
