It’s a lot of older patterns like this if done now with the attention to detail that GEC has and also made with carbon steel would make for great competition which would great for us the consumer. Competition is good I just don’t think Case is interested in that at all unfortunately.That 6231 1/2 is a pattern I wish Case would bring back. Just looks like a good user.

That looks like just about the perfect blade combo for a stockman! The other day, I was looking at a MooreMaker in a similar pattern, but with a pen instead of a sheepsfoot. Yours looks much more practical for me.Spent yesterday surf fishing at Atlantic Beach, carried my favorite fishing pocketknife - 2318PU. OH
6231 1/2 is one of the 3 that intrigued me along with the 6235 1/2 and 6218pu,now I'm sure if they opened the vault on these and paid attention to quality the vault would be replenished in kind
