Who still carries a Case Knife?

My one and only Carribean Blue. I've noticed that on a lot (most?) of them the shield and pile sawcuts run different directions. This one is vertical on both sides. It does make me wonder what the criteria was. Something to do with the bone perhaps

Very nice. I hadn’t noticed that about the sawcut running in different directions on some. That’s a good observation.

(Green swirl kirinite wouldn't have been in my first 100 (or 1000) guesses. Shows how little I know about Case acrylics.)

Mail call. My supervisor’s retirement gift came today. Kentucky Bluegrass Peach Seed Jigged Bone. I think I’m gonna do this in Crimson Bone for myself. The knife is well centered, f&f is about 95% (acceptable to me), edge had some burrs on it (but was sharp) that I had no trouble taking off with a fine grit stone and leather….and the bone is gorgeous. It’s a winner, I believe.

That's a really nice picture. Case's Kirinite makes for interesting knife handles, but it can be hard to do it justice in a photograph. Well done
