The teardrop is a Bose pattern, just not a collaboration. That’s the pattern James Spader used when he was carving the shorebird in the movie “Lincoln”, a teardrop in A2 and old stag. Tony had made him a four blade congress in ivory but the movie folks said it looked too new, Tony said it was new in 1860 😊

Didn't Mr. Sir President Abe have a six blade ivory handled Congress in his pocket the eve he went to watch the premier run of the play 'OUR AMERICAN COUSIN' at Ford's Theater?

(I saw the second performance of that play at a Civil War Reinacrnent, in Champaign - Urbana, in 1988. Funny as heck. They stopped the play when Mr. Booth made a loud "BANG", and Mrs. Abe yelled "The president has been shot.) at which point the guy portraying Booth jumped from the box onto the stage, gave his speach, and hobbled off stage. (unlike the original Booth, that one did not break his leg. He must have been a stuntman.) They then changed the set to show Abe on his death bed, in the house across from Ford Theater.
So far as I know, that play has never been performed to the writer's intended ending. Heck! I don't even know if it was performed a third time.)

A '24?
I'm trying to learn to read Case's date codes.

Nice 6375 (ss?)
Honestly, I don't know the year of manufacture. I know I got it last year (2025) as a gift from a friend. Yes, it is a 75 and in stainless. I'm still working on the tip of the main blade to get it as fine as I like before I carry it contently. I have it tuned up pretty good everywhere else.
