  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Who still carries a Case Knife?

Back to the old faithful yeller cv full size trapper. Last 6 years or so have been experimenting with other sizes and patterns. I do like a stockman pattern but there is something about a yellow trapper with blackened half worn down blades that makes me feel complete!

Two beautiful knives gentlemen! 😎👍
Thank you BigFish!
You know, the Buck 112 is probably my favorite folder, but Case 6318’s get a lot more pocket time. They get so much right and are not a pocket brick. Perhaps I need a Mako…😆
I love an 18 pattern Case, if forced to pick one model to be my only Medium Stockman pocketknife that's what it would be (the bone on yours is sweet!) However, I would say try a Case Mako; I have recently (last July) bought my first one (used at a gunshow) and I really like it - it's Buck 112 size but thinner. The Case Mako is a great knife, but it isn't a Buck 112 substitute for me, different feel in the hand, but I like em both in their own ways. The 112 is a hunter's knife with beefier grip while the Case is a big general purpose knife - sort of a big pocketknife. Someone recently posted a photo of a Case Mako with Zytel synthetic handles, got me thinking that it may be the business! OH
