In another thread, the original poster mentioned that apparently our beloved Amy has been getting some angry callers today. Whomever you are, step up to the plate and let's hear your side of the story. Yes, I am calling you out, so bring it. Please share with everyone why you may have been mean to Amy.

BTW, I will reserve judgment until you tell your side of the story, or until enough time has passed without hearing anything from you that it is obvious that you are more poultry than pork. If you were wrong to do it, now is the time to fess up and apologize. And if you don't do that, I'm sure we can arrange for a "Code Red" at next year's Blade.

Who is first???

more than one, as i understand. apparantly there is a pattern amongst a few buyers.

I hardly ever call Amy-0 after a 'ganzaaa, as I know how hectic it is.

I cannot think of a single reason to be MAD AT AMY !

If there was a problem or mix-up, then discuss like it like a gentleman. There is NO reason to get mad at Amy !!!

.

As I posted in the other thread, once I realized that people weren't kidding and that someone was actually mean to Amy.

"That's just NOT right. Someone OWES AMY A BIG PUBLIC APOLOGY!!!"

Greg

I rarely call Amy-0. It makes talking to me all the sweeter when she finally gets to hear my voice. :D

I agree. Someone needs to apologize, either here or in private.

what a bunch of pussies. Probably whining cus they didnt get the knife they wanted.
Its not Amys' fault. Grow the freak up:mad:

I for one have spoken to Amy several times and she always seems to make time to answer any questions and take care of my every need. I have struck out on several ganzaa's and that is not nor is there any reason to be an ass to Amy. So whoever you are find something more meaningful to do with your time! there is always another forum you can go find.

Everyone on the forums that I had personally dealt with and talked to seem like great people, but there are always a few folks out there that are plain scumbags. It would take one for sure to bitch at Amy....

This person (or persons) should persue the Pakistani knives that they deserve !!

They CLEARLY do not deserve INFI !

I was searching for one that read "MEAN PEOPLE GET NO INFI" but no luck.

That's a pile of crap. Step up, complainers. We'll be sure to let you have it...

Yeah, I have a picture of Johnny Cash I want to send you...

Wow, I just read the other thread...she said she was in tears...:(

I've only called the shop a couple times in the past and Amy was always very nice and accomodating, so I doubt there was any reason she gave them to be mad at her.

from what i gather, it is usually the same handful of customers who give amy and everyone at the shop a difficult time.

something is always wrong, their knife isnt sharp enough, the bevel is uneven, the fasteners are crooked, i didnt get a ganza email, etc.

and its always the fault of Busse Combat or its employees.

email didnt go through? must be the Busse server. cant be one of a dozen other reasons. oh noooo....

and before this turns in to a "customer is always right" argument, which is b.s. anyhow, being rude or mean just because you are the customer, and expecting them to be polite to a fault, is just plain uncalled for.

Does anyone here actually think such folk will step up and take responsibility for their actions? I certainly don't. They've already made it clear what sort of people they are. It would be out of character for them to admit what they did now.

i actually think a couple might chime in.

There is no other side of the story. Dirt bag creep dumping on AMY! Nice work toad.

Amy gives her all - always. And some piece of work does this to her. No Amy - you did nothing to deserve this. It is truly a reflection of them.

I, for one, thank you for ALL that you give us EVERYDAY - THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! :)

The customer _is_ always right, and Busse Combat folks have treated people well in their dealings, as far as I can tell. The customer being right, however, is not a license for being abusive.

There were plenty of reasons for frustration in this ganzaa (as far as I can tell there really were problems at the Busse end, or at least at the company they use for hosting). Again, being frustrated doesn't mean be a jerk to the very person who can help.

And yet, responding to a group of ill-behaved louts with more ill-behavior is not a recipe for success. Don't you agree?
