That's a shame...I've only gotten a couple of Busse pieces, but both times Amy was very sweet to me. I'm itching to get another one, but I'm waiting for the right piece.

Amy has only been excellent, profesional and friendly the few times, I have spoken with her.

Shame on those angry callers, get therapy, 2x4 on your head kind!
 
I've never spoken to Amy - but no one should speak to a woman in a way such unpleasant that makes her cry.
