Some people are just way to inpatient. I havn't got a ganza email yet but I sure won't call about it. Figure if I don't get a mail in a week I just missed out, no biggie.

Let Amy get her work done, and if you do have to talk to her at least be nice.
 
I've never had the pleasure of speaking to Amy (or as some would say “hear the dulcet tones of her voice”) but I have read her posts and many of your posts about her. She has been funny, kind and caring often about people she has never met and you all speak in very high regard of her.

I have not been here on BF long but I have had Busse knives for 15 sum odd years, the quality is why I like Busse the personal touch is why I’m here. I have met a few of you at Blade West and several I have had dealings with and everyone has been a quality/genuine person much like the kind of person the lady represents.

To know about Ganza you have to have an idea of the Busse Herd and the unspoken respect held for one another and those that make it all possible. So how is it this could occur? or rather why is it this could occur. I may be too deep on this one but this is certainly unacceptable behavior.

So Amy if you read this, I would like to apologize for those who were so thoughtless and not show you the respect you deserve. And ask you to please keep making the Herd happy with all that you do.

BTW, the customer is not always right. In fact they are often completely wrong and complete A-holes. (such as the pernicious pud that called and made Amy cry.) A company does everything it can to placate even the most demanding jack-hole customer, but that doesn't mean the jackholes are right. They just think they are.
 
from what i gather, it is usually the same handful of customers who give amy and everyone at the shop a difficult time.

something is always wrong, their knife isnt sharp enough, the bevel is uneven, the fasteners are crooked, i didnt get a ganza email, etc.

and its always the fault of Busse Combat or its employees.

email didnt go through? must be the Busse server. cant be one of a dozen other reasons. oh noooo....




and before this turns in to a "customer is always right" argument, which is b.s. anyhow, being rude or mean just because you are the customer, and expecting them to be polite to a fault, is just plain uncalled for.

Precisely. I'm still stunned to learn of this situation, and I know that many good folks here are too. Amy is a genuine & amazing person... A really positive influence, both @ Busse, and here on the Forum... And does NOT deserve to be abused by anyone, especially when the issue(s) is not with her. Some people need a re-education in manners.

Does anyone here actually think such folk will step up and take responsibility for their actions? I certainly don't. They've already made it clear what sort of people they are. It would be out of character for them to admit what they did now.

There are literally.....hundreds of connections and a few route (think "main bus terminal") hops between your little computer using a dial up to connect to the that BIG ole Internet.....and the Busse e-mail server(s).

None of which (beyond their e-mail server) I might add....Busse, Amy or anyone in their company have control over. Hell, I work for a 3+ billion dollar company called Perot Systems and even WE can't guarantee an email is going to get to where it was sent!!



Behaving like a jack hole is pretty poor taste. :mad:

I am just wrapt that somehow Amy got my email that never arrived to her! Now that is some serious computer skills on her part :) ...
 
I have not had the pleasure of speaking to Amy-0, but Kendra and Kathy have been great. My CC #'s were being used in Cali, and all my cards were changed. I have had to call twice to make CC # changes. Nothing but great service.
Anyone who makes any of the ladies of Busse Combat come to tears should be cut off. They don't get 'IT', and never should.
 
All I can say is that I love Amy and I wish I would have felt better this week to help her out a little more. I hope that the people that had her in tears realize who they are and they won't let it happen again! :D

I know a bunch of us want this moron to apologize publicly, but I think we all know that won't happen. To be honest, I don't think that's the way to go anyway. This idiot should immediately call Amy-O personally and apologize profusely. To be honest, after seeing all the death threats in this thread I'm not so sure any of us would be willing to come out and admit we were wrong on the forum. This in no way condones the behavior. I believe that this is strictly and issue between unknown dumb-ass and Amy-O. So call her stupid. Amy-O is a big enough person not to out you to the rabid HOGS. The least you could do is call and say sorry. I'm sure that Amy-O would be quick to post that the apology was made and that all is good in the world again.
