If they don't have the courage to step up and give their side of the story, then they likely know that they were in the wrong. And if that is the case, then they AT LEAST owe Amy a huge apology, nevermind putting a leash on themselves in the future.

Amy,the next time one of these people are rude to you remind them that it's a privilege not a right to own a Busse.If they continue being rude,give them the number to Cold Steel and hang up.

Never a mean word from Amy in my experience. Maybe these grouchy folks need to practice the golden rule and think of someone other than themselves!!

i doubt amy would ever hang up on anyone, she's just to good a person. she could, however, pass the phone to the janitor, who im sure could put them on a paynomind list.

Totally uncalled for . What about caller ID on the phone .Just let us have the number .I'm sure someone in the forum knows them and probably lives close by.Not a very smart thing to do .Amy - O goes way above whats called for to help anyone , and never stops doing so .
 
Amy has never been anything but sweet and understanding to me. I dont know why anyone would be mean to her:confused:. So you didnt get your ganzaa email in? or you didnt get the knife you selected? so what......no reason to get your panties in a bunch.

Just pm us the names and address's Amy......I am sure we can work this out for you;)

Any one who is mean to Amy or anyone else at the shop deserves a kick in the privates, pure and simple. I know Jerry is an ardent follower of the customer is always right and Amy would never out the persons in public, but I do know that he does not stand idly by when he feels his employees are being abused. I highly doubt the offending parties will have the guts to say "yeah it was me, I'm an A hole". But for Amy to have really been brought to tears, it had to have been just rotten treatment. She let's tons of stuff roll off her back, but she (and the rest of the Busse employees) deserve nothing but respect and kind treatment. There isn't a single person who buys Busse knives that spends enough money with the company to mistreat it's employees, not one single soul. Who ever called and made an ass of themselves and brought Amy to tears should be ashamed at the very least. Jerry ought to ban the offending parties from buying anything from the next two ganzas. He won't, but he ought to.

It's too bad we'll never know who these scaliwags are. But there are always some toads in this world who don't realize that others also have feelings. I hope they never get their steel. They don't deserve it.
 
Ever heard of treating people how you like to be treated.

There is no need to fess up to us, but you had better apologise to Amy as that is uncalled for and will only draw all our wrath. ​

Hey I am an A-hole; and even I'm not mean to Amy. It is people like those giving Amy a bad time that give A-holes like me a bad name. :grumpy:
 
I am still relatively new here and have never had the priviledge of actually speaking to the boss or Amy in person. However I have watched (not enough $$$ to participate) in the past three Ganzas.

The ganzas appear to be special events that the Busse team DOES NOT HAVE TO DO. If people are jack-asses about them, Busse has the option to not have a Ganza.

These jerks are not only being rude to Amy- which should be a capital offense, but they are potentially ruining the fun for the entire community.
 
i don't know who got amy to cry and don;t want to know.BUT do the right thing and apologize to her personally and dozen pink roses to match her knife should be setting on her desk from you!

I spoke with Amy-0 today and she was a bit disheveled about some angry callers. The angry callers were complaining that their Knobganzaa e-mails bounced. Is a bounced e-mail Amy-0's fault? No! She said that Boss Hog himself looked into the situation and could find a problem with Busse Combat's end.

I raise my glass to Amy-0 for putting up the B.S. that is out there. Keep your head up Amy-0.
