Who's EDC has a blade smaller than 3 in.?

Although I prefer a knife in the 3" or tad above range, I always make sure that if I'm working in the office my EDC is about 2", usually the Spyderco G-10 Navigator.

Like I say out on site or at home I prefer something a bit bigger, although the Spyderco Ti-Salsa (2.5") often finds it's seelf in my EDC rotation just because it slices so well.

I have to EDC's and both have blades that are under 3". One is a Bob Dozier Straight Personal, the other is a BM31 balisong.

Nearly all of my folders, and some of my fixed blades, are sub 3". They do the job for me, and many of the designs that I like happen to fall into that size category. I do have some larger knives for specific purposes.

I carry either my "old reliable" Buck 501, which is under 3", or my "new favorite" Spyderco Native, which is just over 3", and always have my "don't leave home without it" Uncle Henry LB-1, which is just over an inch and a half, on my key ring.

All my EDCs are sub 3":
small regular Sebenza
small classic Sebenza

Umfaan
Victorinox Pioneer series

My V-nox Settler is almost always in a pocket. The CRKs are carried whenever I'm not at work.
I am the most comortable with a 2 3/4" - 3" blade.

Most of my main EDC working knives rotation are ~ 3 inch blades:

-BM 555 Mini Griptilians (one blue, one OD)
-BM Mini AFCK with the clip remounted for tip-up
-V'nox Cybertool 34 & Pioneer Pruner
-Spyderco Jester (burg micarta)
-Spyderco Merlin PE
-Spyderco Delica PE, black with FRN clip

I will normally have a larger folder IWB, typically either a C48 Wegner or a Chinook.

2 blade trappers, right at 3". Tinker, under 3". OT Middleman, under 3". Micra, under 3". Spydie Rescue, over 3". 3.5" is about my limit and most of the time I get along just fine in the 3" & under range.

Outside of camping or working around my property, I've never really needed anything bigger than a small seb. Sure I like a 3"-4" utility FB working outdoors, a 5" in the back woods, and I do carry a large seb wearing jeans, on weekends, etc., but at work in the office and about town most weekdays, a smaller folder just works better.

Most of mine are under 3"

Delica seems to fit the bill perfectly for me. Also have:
Supertinker
Wave
ST
Micra
Swisschamp
Mini swisschamp

I'm looking into getting a Dragonfly or Cricket too. Are there any others to consider ?

I have been looking at the Spyderco Mouse, Kershaw Chive and the Benchmite from Benchmade. Perhapes someone can clue us in on some other small knives?

All of my daily carry folders are smaller than 3" in blade length. I rotate between a small Sebenza, a Mnandi, and an Umfaan.

A SOG Blink.
Works great on taped boxes, shrink-wrapped items, and non-pre-split hotdog buns.:)

In the sub 3" arena, I carry a Boye Basic 2 fixed blade, a Mouse, a Perkins Pracesio fixed blade, and a Harpy, which may be just at 3". The Basic is the most useful from a utilitarion perspective.

Mine is sub 3"....a SAK, Climber. As a matter of fact I think 90% of the SAK's are sub 3".

Generally, I carry a Case stockman with a 2.5 inch main blade and an Chris Reeve Umfaan. These pretty much take care of me. Occasionally, I add one of my Benchmade 705s (also sub 3").

I just need a lot less these days. Weight wise especially (now maybe a diet would help - then I could carry more knives - :) )

During the week, my edc is sub 3 inches, it is a:

Bob Lum Mini Stalker

sometimes I rotate in:

Mnandi
WH Lancet
Spyderco Jess Horn C27

I just ordered a BM 770 D2, so that may get some time there.

Weekends, it is almost always at or over 3 inches.

Where I live I'd be asking for trouble if I carried anything larger or more agressive looking than my Kershaw Scallion, my current EDC. Since I'm not supposed to have a knife at work at all (though I do), anything larger or more conspicuous is out of the question.
