Who's gotten their 5.1 Starter?

No news about my 3V yet, that's because the 3V needed some rework as what Ellie has posted yesterday. It's ok, I can wait.
 
I've also got a presale 3v I'm waiting for. But since I'm international I think they'll bundle it with my starter 4.7. No worry, but I'm envious over everyone who's already got it.

So great with all models lining up for delivery now! It's going to be Great spring!

Ah. That's discouraging. Luckily I have a 5.1 on the way to tide me over. A gso 12 interests me only out of stupid curiosity. I am pretty sure the 5.1 will suit 95% of my needs.

Just released her from the customs office. GSO 5.1, my first Survive! knife. Almost two years waiting. Long long chase but now I could scream and cry. It's perfect and it's mine now. Thank you Elli and Guy, Christan and the Cat. Life is great !

I am glad to hear some of the pre-sales are starting to launch. I am eagerly waiting to check mine out.

Haha! I couldn't be that mean to you guys! I didn't order any 5.1's because I feel that they're better off being in the hands of you guys that like choils. I might have to check one out in the future once everything calms down a bit.
 
Hey guys and gals,
It's been a long time since I had a Survive! blade. Must've been way back before the GSO series, when the 4.1 was called the "EDC". But I just couldn't resist the beauty of the 5.1, so I ordered a 2nd a few weeks ago. Just got the notice it shipped today! Very excited right now. I went with the 20CV, but as usual, I got buyers remorse shortly after I placed the order, and was wishing I had gone 3V. In any case, can't wait for it to get here, I'm sure it will be awesome, regardless of steel.
 
Got a shipping notification for my factory 2nd 5.1 in 3V. :) Ten days from ordering to shipping. I wish this was the case with all the other knives that I ordered (preorder, starter). ;)
 
Raindog, that is awesome news! Definitely let us know what you think when she arrives.

Also, I saw your quote before your avatar, but immediately thought of Starsky and Hutch. Very underrated movie in my opinion.

I'm sure i missed some updates from the company....I'm glad you're getting your knife but i think it's very damning that all 5.1 pre-orders and pre-sales has not shipped yet.

Haha...yeah, Ben Stiller doing Maury Finkle (of Finkle Fixtures). We had a guy at work who sounded just like that, so it's been kind of a thing for a while at my work. Cracks me up every time. Can't say I've seen the movie a ton, but that scene sticks in my mind. "Johnny Red, neat, OK? Do it. Do it."

All of the preorders have been shipped out, other than a handful that have been contacted for various reasons. All of the CPM-20CV presale knives have been shipped. The CPM-3V has been problematic, requiring a time consuming extra step in the process. The blades that were listed on the 15th had been ready long before the 15th. They were finished and sharpened before the blemish was discovered and had just been waiting to be released. Since they were already done, we decided to build and ship them so that those people wouldn't have to endure a wait.
