Who's still ridin' their motorcycles?

The temperature hit 57 degrees today and I got 31 miles in. :D

It's suppose to rain tomorrow. :(

If you're going to ride in the winter be sure to check your tire pressure.

FLH, don't ride into manhattan... it's murder...
contact me before you go.

Haven't made it in to see the tree yet... not shaping up well any time soon between weather and lack of time. Will have to see. Merry Christmas all:)

Christmas Day, rode a 120 mile loop. A bit chilly, but not bad at all. Temperatures near 60, bright sun, and slight breeze.

Raton - Cimarron - Miami (N.M.) - Springer - Raton

In over two hours I was out on the road today, I didn't see another bike. Most guys are just riding back and forth on the main street. How freakin' boring... Showing off their shiny low-mileage bikes for each other, no doubt.

Dude, I totally hear you. Most of the local guys I know what to ride from one bar to another. I can do that in a car if I want to...not to advocate inbibe and drive
Tomorrow I will probable start taking all the body work off my bike to get to the internal computer. I going to remap the engine managment to better suit the intake/exhaust work I have done. Give me a chance to do a real detailed clean and wax as well...so nice to finally have a garage to work in:)

Nice and sunny today. Little breezy but still comfortable. I need a few more miles for the break-in period on my Kawasaki z750s. Hopefuly the warm weather will hold up here in southern New Mexico.

Where are you in Southern New Mexico? Hasn't it been in the 70s down there this week? Lucky...

A bit breezy today, and crazy-windy yesterday. It feels like spring is here.

Bob W,

Down here in Lost Causes (Las Cruces) it has been warm. Was in Capitan over Xmas and for winter it was very nice and pleasant weather. Thought we would get snow so I did not ride up there. Wish I could ride more but work, kids and honey do's are getting in the way.

It was 50 today,so I got about an hour in, :D don't know about tomorrow though, check that,it's tomorrow already!

I haven't spent much time in 'Cruces'. But I used to work for an archaeological company that had an El Paso branch and most of the folks there chose to live in Las Cruces and commute.

Wife's parents and grandmother used to live in Deming. They all moved to Raton after we did.

I've also spent quite a bit of time working in Ruidoso, Soccoro, and Carlsbad (a LOT of time in Carlsbad).

Best Wishes,
Bob
